Welcome to Refrr.in, a platform designed to connect job seekers (“Candidates”) with employers (“Employers”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Platform Usage
Refrr.in operates solely as a venue for Candidates to discover employment opportunities and for Employers to find potential candidates. We do not:
- Verify the identity, qualifications, or credentials of Candidates or Employers.
- Endorse or guarantee the accuracy of job listings or candidate profiles.
- Participate in any interactions or transactions between Candidates and Employers.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Candidates
Candidates agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information in their profiles and resumes.
- Use the platform solely for seeking employment opportunities.
- Refrain from sharing sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for job applications.
- Be aware that Refrr.in is a free platform for Candidates, Refrr’s team will never call,message,mail or ask for money and we strongly urge Candidates not to make any payments to Employers for seeking a job.
2.2 Employers
Employers agree to:
- Ensure that job postings are accurate, lawful, and free from misleading information.
- Use candidate information obtained through Refrr.in exclusively for recruitment purposes.
- Comply with all applicable employment and non-discrimination laws.
3. Limitation of Liability
Refrr.in is not responsible for:
- Any fraud, data breaches, or misconduct committed by Candidates or Employers.
- The accuracy, reliability, or legality of job postings or candidate profiles.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
Users acknowledge that they engage with each other at their own risk and should perform their own due diligence before entering into any employment-related agreements.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Refrr.in, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Refrr.in or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content found on the platform without explicit permission.
5. Termination of Access
Refrr.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms and conditions or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to the platform or its users.
6. Governing Law
Refrr.in operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Information Technology Act, 2000: Governs electronic commerce and cybercrime, providing a legal framework for online platforms.
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: Regulates the processing of personal data to protect individuals’ privacy rights.

While we strive to maintain compliance with these laws, Refrr.in is not liable for any fraudulent activities or legal actions arising from the conduct of Candidates or Employers.

Refrr.in reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Refund Policy
All payments made to Refrr.in by Employers for job postings or other services are non-refundable, under any circumstances. By using our paid services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
This policy is in accordance with Indian law, and exceptions will not be made for unused services, account inactivity, or dissatisfaction with candidates or employer response.
