To register, simply click on the “Candidate Login / Register” button on the homepage. You will need to provide your email, set up a password, and choose whether you are a job seeker (candidate) or an employer. After registering, you can log in and access your dashboard.
Click the “Login” button at the top of the page and enter your registered email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the instructions provided.
For Job Seekers (Candidates)
You can apply for a job on Refrr in two ways:
Without logging in: You can browse and apply for jobs without logging into your account. However, you will need to provide your contact details and upload your resume to complete the application process.
With a login: If you are logged in, you can easily search for jobs, and apply directly from the job listing. Make sure your resume is updated in your profile before applying for jobs. Logging in also gives you access to additional features like tracking your application status and saving jobs for later.
In your dashboard, go to the “My Resume” section. You can either upload an existing resume or create a new one and upload. Make sure to keep your resume up to date to increase your chances of getting hired.
The “My Applied” section shows you a list of all the jobs you have applied to. You can track your applications and see their status, such as whether they’ve been viewed by the employer.
To see the jobs you’ve shortlisted, go to the “Shortlist Jobs” section on your dashboard. This feature allows you to save jobs that interest you for easy access later.
The “Following Employers” feature allows you to follow companies you are interested in. You will receive notifications when they post new job openings, giving you an edge in your job search.
Yes, Refrr has a private chat feature that allows you to communicate directly with employers. Once you’re shortlisted or an employer shows interest, you can chat to discuss the job further.
If an employer is interested in your application, you may have the option to schedule a meeting. This can be done through the “Meetings” feature, where you can choose a convenient time and date for both parties.
Refrr.in is absolutely free for job seekers/candidates.
For Employers
Log in to your employer account and go to the “Post a Job” section. You will be prompted to choose a job posting package based on your needs, and then you can submit your job details.
There are several job posting packages available, each designed to meet different hiring needs. To explore the details of each package and choose the one that suits your requirements, please visit our Packages Page.
After logging in, navigate to the “Submitted Job” in your dashboard to see all the jobs you’ve posted. You can also edit or delete listings if needed.
Once you have received applications, you can go to the “Applications Received” section to review candidates. From there, you can shortlist candidates who meet your criteria by clicking the “Shortlist” button next to their profiles.
In the “Applications Statistics” section, you can track the performance of your job postings. This includes the number of applicants, views, and responses to your job listing.
Yes, Refrr provides a private chat feature for employers and candidates to communicate directly. You can initiate a chat once you show interest in a candidate or a candidate has applied to your job.
If you wish to conduct an interview or meeting with a candidate, you can use the “Meetings” feature in your dashboard to arrange a suitable time and date. You can share meeting links and relevant details with the candidate.
Package & Payment Related Questions
Refrr supports multiple payment methods including UPI, QR Code, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallet, Pay Later and other online payment gateways. You can select your preferred payment option when purchasing a job posting package.
Job credits are used to post job listings. Each package comes with a certain number of credits, which must be used within the given time period.
Unused credits will expire once the package duration ends. We recommend using your credits within the specified time frame to make the most out of your package.
Technical Support and Account Issues
Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you instructions on how to reset your password.
To update your profile, log in and go to the “Profile” section in your dashboard. From there, you can update personal details, resume, contact information, and more.
