  1. At Refrr.in, we strive to provide high-quality services to employers and job seekers. By purchasing any service, subscription, or promotional package on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this No Refund Policy.

2. 🚫 No Refunds

All purchases made on Refrr.in are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Featured Job Listings

  • Normal Listings

  • Brand Promotion

  • Any other paid promotional services

Once a transaction is completed and services are activated, no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of usage, dissatisfaction, or service outcomes.

3. ✅ Exceptions (If Any)

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service due to a system error.

  • Failed Service Activation: If a purchased service fails to activate on our platform due to technical issues caused by us.

In such cases, please contact our support team at info@refrr.in within 3 days of the transaction with valid proof of payment. Our team will verify and process eligible refunds within 7–10 working days.

4. What is Refrr Blacklisting Policy?

Any company which falls under the following categories is considered blacklisted:

  1. Consultancies
    1. Consultants/Employers who are charging money e.g. Registration Fees, Job Placement Fee or any form of Fees/Security Deposit/Exam fees etc.
  2. Vulgar Jobs
    1. Employers posting obscene jobs.
    2. Employers posting jobs requiring personal favors.
    3. Employers posting jobs involvement in human trafficking.
    4. Employers posting any religious, sexual, or politically motivated jobs.
    5. Employers posting any cross gender body massage therapists jobs.
  3. MLM Jobs
    1. Employers posting jobs to promote and sell products.
    2. Employers attract candidates to work on Pyramid Schemes, Referral Commission Schemes or any form of online jobs which are involved in fradulent activities
  4. Click Bait Jobs
    1. Employers falsely mention the job details to attract candidates.
    2. Employers spreading misinformation.
    3. Employers selling database or information to other companies.
  5. Kickbacks & Cashbacks / Agent Behavior / Corporate Governance
    1. Giving of Cashbacks or Kickbacks To Refrr Employees will lead to Account Restriction.
    2. Receiving of Cashbacks or Kickbacks From Refrr Employees will lead to termination of Refrr Employee.

When you purchase a plan from Refrr, you automatically agree with the statements listed above and the refund policy.
