Desktop Administrator with experience in deployment, configuration, and management of endpoint security solutions and IT infrastructure. Responsible for supporting cybersecurity tool implementation, desktop and server administration, network configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, and technical support activities. Ensures smooth operation of endpoint security systems while coordinating with IT teams and OEM vendors in compliance with organizational security policies and procedures.
