Job Description

1. Strategy & Planning
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
3. Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posts.
4. Content Creation & Management
5. Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.)
6. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
7. Community Engagement
8. Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on all platforms.
9. Foster community interaction and manage brand reputation online.
10. Analytics & Reporting
11. Track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, etc.) and prepare performance reports.
12. Analyze trends and insights to optimize content and strategy.
13. Campaign Management
14. Launch and manage paid social media campaigns.
15. Collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance campaign reach.
16. Platform Management
17. Maintain and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and others as needed.
