Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide customer support in Telugu & Malayalam.
Troubleshoot GPS device and software-related issues.
Assist customers with installation, configuration, and updates.
Escalate technical issues whenever required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements
Fluency in Telugu & Malayalam (Mandatory)
Good communication in Hindi & English
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Basic technical troubleshooting ability.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
