Presales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Presales / Call Center Executives with experience in telecalling, customer interaction, lead generation, and follow-ups. Candidates from Real Estate, Insurance, Healthcare, Spa & Salon, or similar customer-facing industries are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with leads and qualify prospects
Explain products/services and generate customer interest
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain lead records in CRM/software
Ensure timely customer responses and follow-ups
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Presales, Telecalling, Call Center, or Inside Sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good customer handling and follow-up abilities
Basic CRM and computer knowledge
Target-oriented and self-motivated
