Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

UI /UX Design:
-Design user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing.
-Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into high-quality interface designs.
-Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. 3. UX Design:
-Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
-Develop user personas, user journeys, and task flows to guide design decisions.
– Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results to enhance user

Qualifications and Skills:

-Experience working and negotiating with team members and clients.
-Collaboration skills.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
-Motivation to address the underlying problem and question any assumptions.
-Planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize own workload.
-Understanding of user testing techniques and methodologies.
-Knowledge of Design Thinking practices.
-Experience working in cross-discipline agile teams.
-Experience collaborating with colleagues who are overseas.
-Background in building and executing upon communications plans.
