We are currently hiring for the position of Outreach Specialist (Sales) at Full Circle Healing Pvt. Ltd., located in Viman Nagar, Pune.

Position: Outreach Specialist (Sales)
Work Details:
• Work Mode: In-office
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Preferred Weekly Off: Any day between Monday and Thursday
• Mandatory Working Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Transportation: No transport facility is provided by the company
Role Overview:
As an Outreach Specialist (Sales), you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking therapy. You will play a key role in creating a warm and professional connection between clients and therapists, ensuring clear communication, timely coordination, and a seamless onboarding experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound/inbound sales, client coordination, or business development. Experience in international service sales will be an added advantage.
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory. Fluency in a regional language will be an added advantage.
