Assistant Manager – Operations

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Operations to manage our plant activities. The ideal candidate should have a FMCG background, preferably from the chemical or detergent industry, and be skilled in plant operations. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making ability, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Graduate in any stream
-8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG operations
-Strong experience in plant handling
-Good knowledge of ERP software
-Excellent team management and communication skills
-Ability to manage the plant independently
-Problem-solving attitude
-Familiarity with quality and safety standards
-Knowledge of product costing and overhead expenses
-Understanding of SOPs and operational efficiency

Preferred Candidate:

-Male candidates only
-Age between 30 to 40 years
-Must be from FMCG background, preferably chemical or detergent industry
-Ready to take full operational responsibility
