Job Description
-Processing Transactions: Handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash drawer.
-Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.
-POS System Operation: Utilizing the point-of-sale system to process orders, payments, and generate reports.
-Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the cashier area tidy and organized.
-Assisting Other Staff: Helping with other tasks as needed, such as taking orders or restocking items.
-Inventory Management: May assist with basic inventory tasks like restocking supplies.
-Upselling and Recommendations: May suggest menu items or promotions to customers.
