Qualification- B.Tech in mechanical

Experience – Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

-Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with equipment or systems, including remote troubleshooting and on-site visits.
-Installation and Maintenance: Installing, upgrading, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer specifications and service agreements.
-Technical Support: Providing technical support to customers, explaining equipment operation, and troubleshooting techniques.
-Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers about technical issues, solutions, and training, ensuring clear and concise communication.
-Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining service records, creating documentation, and reporting on service activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
