Job Description

1. Advising and counselling: Student visa counsellors provide information and guidance to students regarding various study abroad options, including courses, universities, and countries. They assess students’ academic background, career goals, and personal preferences to suggest suitable study programs.

2. Visa application assistance: One of the primary responsibilities of a student visa counsellor is to assist students with the visa application process. They explain the requirements and procedures for obtaining a student visa, help students complete the necessary forms, and ensure that all supporting documents are in order.

3. Document verification: Visa counselors review and verify students’ academic transcripts, standardized test scores, financial documents, and other relevant paperwork to ensure they meet the requirements set by the destination country’s immigration authorities.

4. Stay updated with immigration regulations: Student visa counselors stay informed about the latest immigration regulations and policies of various countries. They keep track of any changes in visa requirements, application procedures, or policy updates and provide updated information to students.

5. Financial guidance: Visa counselors assist students in understanding the financial aspects of studying abroad. They help students estimate the cost of living and tuition fees, explore scholarship opportunities, and provide guidance on managing finances while studying overseas.
