Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Call and interact with inquiries and leads received via social media platforms
-Explain our company’s natural and organic farming products and services clearly
-Follow up with potential customers to resolve their queries and generate interest
-Maintain a record of calls and feedback
-Basic knowledge of handling social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) will be an added advantage

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

-Good communication and persuasion skills
-A friendly and confident voice with the ability to engage rural and semi-urban customers
-Prior experience in telecalling or customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
-Willingness to learn about sustainable farming and our products
