Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for an RSVP & Hospitality Lead – a natural charmer, a top-notch communicator, someone who can win over a hotel team in one breath and calm an anxious guest over WhatsApp in the next. Guest experience is
what truly makes or breaks a wedding – if you’ve got it in you to own that,
this role’s waiting for you.
You’ll lead the RSVP & Hospitality desk team and work closely with production, vendor, and leadership teams to make sure every guest, every time, feels like the only one in the room.
Who We’re Looking For
• 3-5 years of experience leading guest relations, hospitality, or event operations
• A natural communicator who can hold a room – and a hotel team – with equal ease
• A proven negotiator who gets vendors to say yes on your terms
• Sharp with Microsoft tools – especially PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets – for guest trackers and client-ready presentations
• A design eye sharp enough to sign off on stationery and guest touchpoints
• Someone who’s led a team before, and knows the difference between managing people and getting the best out of them
• Unshaken under pressure, with the judgment to make the right call when there’s no time to ask
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Telugu is an added advantage
• Available full-time, in-office, Hyderabad
Role:
• RSVP & Guest Communication – Own the guest list like it’s your own little black book – confirmations, follow-ups, plus-ones, nothing slips through. And when the calls and WhatsApps start rolling in, you’re the calm, warm voice on the other end – turning RSVP nudges and last-minute travel scrambles into “don’t worry, it’s handled.” Because how you talk to a guest is the experience.
• Hotel Management – Be the face guests see first and remember longest – running the welcome desk, check-ins, travel, and stay like a well-oiled, friendly machine. No guest should ever feel like an afterthought on your watch.
• Hotel Coordination – Work hand-in-glove with the hotel team to keep things running smooth – room allocations, check-ins, last minute asks. You’re the smooth talker who gets them to bend over backwards, without ever raising your voice.
• Vendor Management – Hunt down the right vendors, strike the right deals, and keep them in line on the ground – because a vendor who shows up late is your problem to solve.
• Manpower Management – Build a freelancer bench you can call up at 2 days’ notice, bring in people who actually get the job done, and run a team that doesn’t need babysitting.
