We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team by scheduling property visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

📞 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects
Handle inbound inquiries regarding property details
Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and offers
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable properties
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits and meetings with sales executives
Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into sales
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
🎯 Requirements
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Fluency in local language (Tamil) and basic English
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any graduate
