Centre Head – Preschool – Females only

Job Description

Locations: Pune : Bavdhan / Balewadi – *Female Candidates Only

Requirements:

– Experience preferable in Education/Counseling/ Sales/Customer Service

– Admission, Counselling and Team handling Leadership and managerial skills

– Excellent command over English language verbal and written

– Any Graduate, and additional related degree would be an added advantage

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation and drive enrollment.

2. Manage the CRM system to track and follow up on leads effectively.

3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring high-quality education and care for all students.

4. Lead and motivate a team of teachers and support staff to create a positive and nurturing environment.

5. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve performance.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the centre and increase brand awareness.

7. Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards set by the company and relevant authorities.
