Jewellery Sales Executive

Swarna Sutra Jewels Pvt. Ltd., a reputed jewellery house in Kolkata, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, understanding their requirements and guiding them through our product range.​

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including gold, diamonds, and gemstones.​

-Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques.​

-Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring proper display and cleanliness.​

-Handle billing processes accurately and manage stock records diligently.​

-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.​

-Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to provide informed recommendations to customers.​

Qualifications:

-Minimum 12th pass; a degree in a relevant field is an advantage.​

-At least 1 year of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales.​

-Proficiency in English and Bengali; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.​

-Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.​

-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.​

-Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.​
