Job Description
-Updating Portals/records – Leave, attendance, compensation monitoring as needed
-Managing Induction/ joining formalities for newly hired candidates
-Preparing from Interview drives to be conducted at Dealership/Campus
-Executing & Managing referral programs for employee engagement at all the levels of the dealership
-Monitoring and executing incentives disbursement activity
-Conducting performance based & general employee engagement for employee’s activities such as birthday celebration, festival celebration, updating wall of fame etc.
-Handle statutory requirements
-Release communication with appropriate approvals to the employees such as holidays, meetings, trainings, events
-Conduct exit interview of resigned employees
-Resolving Employee Grievances and issues
