Marketing Executive – Fresher

Job Description

About the Role:

The Earthly Life is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our marketing team. As an Outdoor Marketing Executive, you will help promote our eco-conscious brand through field campaigns, distributing marketing materials, and engaging customers via incentive-based mail promotions. No prior experience required – training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

-Visit assigned areas to distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
-Promote The Earthly Life’s eco-friendly products and services to the public
-Collect customer information for incentive-based campaigns via mail
-Assist with event setups, stalls, or outdoor booths (if needed)
-Report daily progress and feedback to the team lead

Requirements:

-Minimum 10th or 12th pass
-Good communication skills (Odia/Hindi/English)
-Energetic and confident in approaching people
-Willingness to travel locally
-Basic understanding of email usage (optional but helpful)
