Associate Product Executive

Job Description

Refrens is seeking an Associate Product Executive to assist in developing and enhancing our business tools. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide insights to the sales team, and collaborate with the product team to deliver improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

-Research & Insights: Conduct research on client needs, market trends, and competitor products.
-Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand business requirements.
-Collaboration: Communicate client needs to sales and product teams; support product development from ideation to release.
-Product Support: Assist in defining product specifications and monitoring performance post-launch.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or business analysis (preferably in SaaS or tech).
-Strong communication and research skills.
