Role Description:
This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in South Delhi. The selected candidate will assist in generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue. Daily responsibilities include addressing sales queries, providing information on services, and assisting with onboarding new clients. The role includes managing customer relationship management processes to enhance customer retention and business growth.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
• Foundational knowledge and enthusiasm for sales and sales management, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer and software applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in a relevant academic program is preferred.
