Field Sales Representative

Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Field Marketing & Sales Executives to promote and sell our innovative Apatkal QR Code Product across businesses in Jabalpur. You will be responsible for on-ground promotion, lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Promote and explain the Apatkal QR Code product to shop owners, businesses, and institutions.
-Generate leads and convert them into active customers.
-Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and manage installations (if required).
-Build relationships with local businesses and maintain customer satisfaction.
-Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
-Provide daily reports on field activity and customer feedback.

Requirements:

-12th pass minimum; Graduate preferred.
-Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred.
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
-Self-motivated and target-oriented.
-Must be familiar with the local Jabalpur area.
-Basic knowledge of smartphones and QR codes is a plus.
