SEO Specialist

Job Description

-Own and drive the full content strategy— from ideation to publishing — for blogs, landing pages, and SEO-rich web assets.
-Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content that ranks well and delivers value to the target audience.
-Build and maintain a high-performance SEO content calendar based on keyword strategy and market trends.
-Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor audits to fuel content planning.
-Lead a team of SEO executives and content writers — manage output, ensure quality, and guide improvement.
-Stay updated with Googles algorithm changes, Search Generative Experience SGE, and AI-powered SERP features.
-Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and more to enhance content ideation, optimization, and workflow automation.
-Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., and optimize based on insights.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, dev, product) to align SEO strategy with larger business goals.
-Execute backlink strategies and content-driven outreach campaigns for domain authority improvement.
-Track emerging AI and digital trends to keep Refrens.com at the forefront of innovation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)

Experience: 1-3 years in SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing
