Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, located in Lucknow, India. The Customer Care Executive will handle customer inquiries, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Additionally, the role involves providing solutions to customer needs, representing the company with professionalism, and contributing to continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic knowledge and experience in Sales processes and techniques
Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
Previous experience in a customer-centric role is preferred
Graduate / Postgraduate (BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA preferred)
Proficient in using customer support software and tools
Inbound call center experience preferred (Logistics / Supply Chain is a plus)
